This was a great experience for a game. Until last update, this game became the same old can't win anything game. They offer a free tool box in ad spins but never get it. You use to be able to watch ads to the top of the ad spins. Not anymore no matter how many ads you watch it never reaches the grand prize. Now all I do is,lose down 95 trillion points and counting. Once out time for game change. And they say reach out to customer service? It doesn't exist

I found it more engaging than others. I made several purchases but I uninstalled it when I had won a large amount of coins and they never loaded into my account. I contacted CS and they compensated me a measly amount but not the prize. After many months, I went back because I kept getting ads to get coins if I came back. I reinstalled and they once again cheated me, this time with Safe Wins. It took 5 days of emails, they finally gave me an answer with another measly amount of coins.

So I bought a few coins every day and did ok, lots of nice wins, I thought "this is my home slot now" So today, I buy a few coins, play a bit, and I get a pop-up saying for a short time they will raise my max bet. What's funny is I bet well under max. But I thought if it were for a short time, they're telling me it'll be a loose slot, so I played at max bet. Needless to say, I'm broke, and in a record time.
